Organized on March 23, 2007, in Gardnerville, Nevada, this chapter honors Judith Jefferson Farrar, an ancestor of Organizing President Dixie L. Judge. Judith Jefferson, an aunt of President Thomas Jefferson, married George Farrar. The Farrar, Jefferson, and Branch families were among the earliest settlers of Jamestowne, Virginia, reflecting the chapter’s strong ties to America’s colonial heritage.
